Qualifications and Requirements 

a. Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Significant Practical Experience 

b. General Understanding of Commercial Construction Terminology 

c. Expert Level of Proficiency in Excel 

d. Be Very Skilled and Comfortable with Math 

e. Have Good Means of Transportation and Valid Drivers License 

f. Be Able and Available for Travel to Projects, Including Out of Area Projects 

g. Be Able and Available to Accept Assignments to Out of Area Projects 

h. To be a Non-Smoker 

i. Have an Aspiration to Learn all Aspects of Commercial Construction Management 

j. Be Agreeable to Cross Training in and Performing Business Development, Procurement, Project Management and Project Accounting Functions and Duties 

Job Description 

a. Learn, Comprehend and Practice Company Procedures, Regulations and Systems and Processes 

b. Learn, Comprehend and Abide by Company Values 

c. Assist with Trade Partner Solicitation of Proposals 

d. Assist with Development of and Updates of Schedules 

e. Assist with Development of Estimates, Budgets, Subcontracts, Purchase Orders Pay Requisitions 

f. Manage the Submittal Process 

g. Assist with Enhancing Company Safety Program and Comply with Requirements of Same 

h. Assist with Management of and Supervision of Trade Partners on Site 

i. Assist with Management of Punch List Program, Commissioning and Project Closeout 

j. Preserve and Enhance Positive Company/ Professional Relationships with Clients, Agencies Having Authority, Design Professionals, Vendors and Trade Partners and Co-Workers
