Founded in 2004 by D.J. and Robin McGlothern, Value Management Builders is a family-owned small business that provides Construction Related Consulting and Traditional Commercial Construction Services, including but not limited to; General Contracting, Construction Management at Risk, Agency Construction Management, and Qualification Based Design Build.

Value Management Builders, Inc. (VMB), based in Southwest Florida, combines forward-thinking practices with decades of experience in the commercial construction field.
VMB’s president D.J. McGlothern has worked in commercial construction since 1968 and was fortunate to work with five nationally respected organizations within the construction industry.
